Drive accessible transportation in Calgary with SOUTHLAND Transportation, using safe driving and customer service skills daily. This full-time role includes split shifts.

As a Para-Transit Driver, you will support SOUTHLAND’s Specialized Transportation Services team. You will safely transport special needs customers while providing superior service. The schedule includes five days within seven, weekends, holidays, and an average eight-hour day across a 12-hour split shift.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely transport special needs customers each day
- Provide superior service during Specialized Transportation Services trips
- Work five days within each seven-day period
- Support service operating throughout holidays and weekends
- Push and pull wheelchairs up and down ramps

Requirements:

- Valid Class 5 non-GDL driver’s license
- Complete provided Class 4 driver training
- Pass criminal record and vulnerable sector checks
- Pass the city knowledge test
- Know Calgary city roadways and handle wheelchair movement
