This casual Accounting Technician assignment serves the Patient Trust Office within Shared Health. Candidates need recent computerized accounting experience, preferably in healthcare, plus experience analyzing issues, handling transactions, and supporting reconciliations. The schedule covers Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, four hours daily.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather information from multiple sources for reconciliations
- Investigate accounting and finance issues accurately
- Process cash, banking, payroll transactions, and reconciliations
- Complete audit or review procedures




- Provide requested management information through ad hoc reports

Requirements:

- At least three years’ accounting experience within five years
- Accounting or finance post-secondary education
- Experience providing client-facing customer service
- Excellent written and oral English communication
- Ability to prioritize workflow and meet challenging deadlines

Support healthcare administration through accurate accounting, issue investigation, reconciliations, reporting, and dependable client-facing service.
