As Manager, Compensation Advisory, you will manage partner relationships and customized solutions within TD’s Global Total Rewards Group. You will advise business leaders and HR, Finance, and Governance & Control partners on complex requests, projects, market competitiveness, and compensation strategy. This role requires transparent communication, critical thinking, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day relationships with business and HR partners
- Lead complex compensation offers and advisory activities
- Monitor competitive market trends and salary survey participation
- Prepare compensation analysis, forecasts, summaries,



and policy guidance
- Manage year-end compensation for assigned portfolios

Requirements:

- Strong consulting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Experience modeling, reviewing, analyzing, and presenting data
- Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint working knowledge
- Project management skills across multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
