Élégance Acura is looking for a BDC Agent – Sales Appointment Scheduling to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to inquiries from potential buyers and converting these opportunities into appointments with our sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text message, email, and Messenger.
- Communicate with potential buyers and provide qualified follow-up.
- Schedule dealership appointments with our sales consultants.
- Answer general questions and direct specific inquiries to the appropriate specialists.
- Contribute to achieving appointment-setting and sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sales abilities and the ability to convert leads into appointments.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.




- Strong organizational skills and excellent ability to manage priorities.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation to achieve goals.
