The Handyman is a critical facilities role at Fieldstone Commons, part of Sienna Senior Living. You will handle repairs, cleaning, grounds care, and resident-safety tasks. The position requires practical experience across plumbing, painting, floor care, and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete general repairs involving painting, plastering, plumbing, woodworking, and electrical tasks
- Clean, scrub, strip, and wax floors throughout common areas
- Empty garbage and recycling receptacles; store recycling properly
- Maintain building exteriors, grounds, and parking lots
- Remove snow,



apply salt, and tend landscaped areas

Requirements:

- Certification, training, and experience in building repairs and property maintenance
- Knowledge of painting, finishes, floor care, and safety procedures
- Knowledge of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning
- One to two years’ experience in a similar position
- Customer service skills and excellent verbal and written English
