Recruitment Coordinator McKeil Marine Limited has an immediate opening for a Recruitment Coordinator for a six-month contract based at our Burlington location. In this role, you will support recruitment and onboarding activities in a rapid-paced marine transportation environment, helping ensure an efficient hiring process and a positive candidate experience. Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and recruitment status updates throughout the hiring lifecycle. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee information in the HR database. Relevant post secondary education (Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or HR). ~1-3 years of experience supporting recruitment operations or coordinating recruitment activities, preferably within a high-volume environment.
~ Experience in the marine, transportation, trucking, logistics, or supply chain industry is an asset. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. ~ Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience. Based at the Burlington head office, with a hybrid work schedule available upon successful completion of onboarding.
