Strong commercial and business development capability, with the ability to identify and pursue new market opportunities. Understanding of digital platforms and their application to inventory, marketplaces, pricing and customer experience. Experience building and leading high‑performing, customer‑facing teams. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline. Experience with online marketplace technologies. Advanced data analytics capability. Experience leading digital transformation within a parts, distribution, industrial or aftermarket business.
