We’re a rapid-growing startup in specialized markets, seeking a Tech Support Specialist to keep clients and our team running smoothly. You’ll handle device setup, account provisioning, light troubleshooting, and onboarding support.
You’ll document solutions and help improve internal IT processes as we grow. You’ll set up phones/devices, troubleshoot basic issues, coordinate handoffs during onboarding and offboarding, and maintain playbooks of recurring problems.
