Partner with customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns Maintain daily performance tracking and record keeping of Order Entry Assist team lead and other department SMEs Provide support in other order management areas as needed Assist with training as needed Take appropriate corrective action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including working daily and weekend overtime as needed High School or GED diploma required Proficient typing and ten key skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience with Korber,
