Coordinate accounting, reporting, and financial controls as a hybrid Finance Coordinator with YESS in Edmonton. Use Sage, Excel, and analytical skills daily.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this full-time Finance Coordinator supports YESS’ day-to-day financial operations. The position covers full-cycle accounting, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will help maintain reliable information, effective controls, and informed organizational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate accounts payable, receivable, revenue, and general ledger activities
- Prepare financial statements, reporting packages, and supporting schedules
- Complete reconciliations and month-end and year-end close processes




- Monitor budgets and prepare variance analysis for department leaders
- Support audits, GST, WCB, T3010, and external reporting

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Three to five years of progressively responsible accounting experience
- Full-cycle accounting, budgeting, reporting, and reconciliation experience
- Strong Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools
- Transparent PIC and CIRC checks obtained within six months
