Veeam Software is hiring a senior, quota-carrying Account Executive to grow its Commercial segment in an assigned Canadian territory. The role is hybrid and preferably based in Vancouver, with a high-activity, channel-driven sales workplace. Build and execute territory plans, identify new and expansion opportunities, and maintain pipeline coverage against quota. Develop customer relationships through in-person meetings and virtual selling, including digital demos, webinars, and virtual events. Partner with resellers, distributors, strategic alliance partners, and internal teams to co-sell and expand territory coverage. Lead sales cycles from prospecting through discovery, solution alignment, technical validation, negotiation, and close. Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline and forecasts and meet or exceed revenue targets.



Four or more years of B2B technology sales experience in a quota-carrying role. Experience with channel sales and full sales cycles. Consultative selling, relationship-building, and closing skills, with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders. Forecasting and pipeline management experience; familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office. Cloud, SaaS, or data solutions experience is preferred. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Expected total target compensation is $149,100–$248,500 CAD per year, including base pay and performance-based compensation.
