As a Technical Recruiter, you will support Engineering, Research, Robotics, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Physical AI hiring. Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders while mapping talent markets and developing long-term pipelines. Your work will connect Mecka with technical communities, research labs, universities, and exceptional candidates. You will also use pipeline data and market intelligence to advise the business on recruiting practices.

Requirements:
- Full-cycle recruiting experience across technical functions
- Solid talent sourcing and relationship-building capabilities
- Experience engaging technical candidates and hiring managers
- High-volume desk experience for hard-to-fill roles
- Familiarity with robotics conferences and technical communities preferred
