Drive non-functional testing for Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions with expertise in complex architectures, Agile testing, and performance frameworks. This is full time.

As Performance Engineering Lead, you will own testing solutions across applications supporting multiple TTS lines of business. The work covers load, volume, stress, capacity, and scalability testing against business requirements. You will engage technical and non-technical stakeholders while leading delivery, service quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement performance test frameworks for non-functional requirements
- Oversee load, volume, stress, capacity, and scalability testing
- Manage service quality and service level agreements




- Optimize test frameworks and scripts for efficient solutions
- Collaborate with Development, Architecture, Business, and Support teams

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of performance engineering experience
- Robust testing and engineering process knowledge
- Experience with Agile testing methodology
- Ability to work independently or within project groups
- Understanding of systems development lifecycle phases

Use non-functional testing leadership, framework development, and stakeholder collaboration to strengthen delivery across Citi TTS applications.
