Lead Visa’s global crypto partnerships in a hybrid position, combining blockchain expertise with strategic account management and commercial execution.
As a senior partnership lead in Visa’s Crypto organization, you will manage relationships with crypto-native wallets, exchanges, ramps, orchestrators, and enablers. You will guide commercial growth across payments and digital assets while connecting Visa with key ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities: Own global relationships across a portfolio of high-impact crypto accounts
Build executive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Lead deal cycles, commercial agreements, and execution
Deliver tailored Visa crypto solutions with product teams
Represent Visa across industry events and client meetings
Requirements: Eight or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in payments, crypto, investment, strategy, product, or sales
Understanding of blockchain, stablecoins, and digital assets
Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management abilities
Apply strategic partnership leadership, blockchain knowledge, and commercial experience to expand Visa’s crypto ecosystem globally.
