As Associate Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Enablement, you will work with teams across Sun Life to execute strategy projects. You will define scope, design approaches, coordinate workstreams, and communicate insights to executive audiences. Your work will also support annual planning, trend analysis, and strategic implementation discussions.
Key Responsibilities: Define scope and design approaches for strategy projects
Coordinate workstreams and ensure timely project delivery
Develop analysis plans using internal and external data
Facilitate working sessions with senior executives
Share relevant patterns and themes with stakeholders
Requirements: 10+ years of relevant business experience
Robust understanding of at least one Sun Life business area
Excellent communication and analytical capabilities
Strong interpersonal skills across multiple teams
Ability to work independently with appropriate judgment
Bring strategy project leadership, stakeholder engagement, structured analysis, and executive communication to Sun Life’s Corporate Strategy team.
