Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy at Maple Leaf Foods, guiding cyber risk, resilience, and secure innovation across complex operations and supply chains.
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this senior leader aligns cybersecurity with business priorities, operating realities, and risk appetite. The role partners across Technology, Enterprise Risk Management, Legal, Privacy, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and business leadership. It also advises the Board and executive committees while coordinating with the VP of Infrastructure on cloud, networks, resilience, and transformation.
Key Responsibilities: Define enterprise cybersecurity and resilience strategy, frameworks, policies, controls, and reporting
Advise executives and the Board on cyber risks, metrics, and resilience
Modernize security operations, threat intelligence, identity, cloud,



and data protection
Oversee operational technology, manufacturing, industrial control systems, and production continuity
Lead cyber crisis response, recovery, and continuous improvement
Requirements: Ten or more years in senior cybersecurity leadership roles
Undergraduate degree and required CISSP certification
Enterprise cybersecurity program and transformation leadership experience
Board advising and executive stakeholder management experience
Experience leading teams, budgets, vendors, and strategic partnerships
Shape business-aligned cyber risk, resilience, and security capabilities across Maple Leaf Foods’ enterprise landscape.
