As a Principal Enterprise Architect, you will develop cross-functional strategies and solutions within ServiceNow’s post-sales organization. You will clarify the Now platform’s value, connect business strategy with technology landscapes, and communicate architectures to CIO and CTO audiences. The work spans IT transformation, digital products, platform services, and enterprise service management.
Key Responsibilities: Engage executives to identify pain points and translate opportunities into ServiceNow solutions
Lead architecture and design engagements for strategic customer needs
Explain ServiceNow platform architecture across multiple audience levels
Deliver workshops,



best-practice overviews, and educational sessions
Develop white papers, workshops, and architecture best practices
Requirements: Fifteen or more years influencing senior technology leaders
Experience integrating AI into workflows, decisions, or problem-solving
Expertise designing advanced architectures and integrating multiple platforms
Experience with enterprise or application architecture and pre-sales
Understanding of cloud platforms, SaaS, PaaS, and multi-tenancy
Apply enterprise architecture, AI integration, and executive communication expertise to help ServiceNow customers realize strategic platform value.
