Lead CIB business management onsite five days weekly in Calgary, partnering with senior leaders on employee experience and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
As Director within National Bank of Canada Capital Markets’ Corporate and Investment Banking group, you will advance business management across the franchise. You will work with executives, Human Resources and internal partners on engagement, workplace experience, leadership events and organizational change. The mandate combines strategic planning, hands-on execution, governance and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with CIB leadership on organizational effectiveness and employee engagement priorities
Lead employee experience initiatives, translating feedback into measurable outcomes
Coordinate recognition, workplace programs, town halls and leadership events




Oversee Executive Assistant support, standards, resources and succession planning
Establish governance, KPIs and reporting across the mandate
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, human resources or related discipline
Eight to ten-plus years of relevant skilled experience
Five-plus years leading, coaching and developing teams
Executive presence, judgment and discretion with sensitive matters
Strong project management, communication, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Bring strategic judgment, people leadership and disciplined execution to CIB business management at National Bank of Canada.
