Uphold CIBC guidelines, policies, rules, and procedures
Requirements: Extensive experience in a credit-lending environment
Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis techniques
Fluency in French and English
Ability to navigate multiple software applications and dual monitors
Flexibility for Monday-to-Saturday processing centre hours
