WOW! mobile boutique in Calgary seeks a Regional Training Manager - West to lead onboarding, training and development across Western Canada. The role focuses on consistent hiring, coaching, and ensuring a strong start for recent hires.
You will partner with Talent Acquisition and Store Managers, deliver sales training, provide 30/60/90-day support, and travel regularly to WOW! locations.
The position offers a base salary around $60,000–$62,500 CAD per year plus bonus and benefits.
