Key Responsibilities: Drive design vision for complex mixed-use developments
Conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, and reviews

Contribute to business development and project acquisition
Requirements: Extensive experience managing complex architectural projects
Exceptional portfolio of sophisticated completed designs
Knowledge of urban planning and sustainability principles
Solid leadership, negotiation, and client management skills
Professional registration with SACAP or equivalent
