Community Sports Partners seeks a Coordinator with practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities, or program operations. You will manage sales, launches, customer experience, partnerships, and performance tracking. The work requires fluent English, spreadsheet confidence, remote coordination, and sustained involvement in sport.
Key Responsibilities: Assess demand, budgets, timelines, venues, permits, staffing, and schedules
Convert player and captain enquiries into paid registrations
Coordinate staff, referees,



coaches, equipment, and game readiness
Build partnerships, campaigns, repeat registrations, and new programs
Track revenue, costs, occupancy, retention, and delivery improvements
Requirements: Experience in sports or program operations
Sustained passion for sport through real involvement
Strong organization and numerical skills
Fluent spoken and written English
Based in Latin America or the Caribbean
