Varsity is launching a brand recent venue in Midland, featuring food, beverages, bowling, and arcade entertainment. As a Supervisor, you will help lead shifts, support the crew, and maintain service, safety, and venue standards. Hospitality experience and busy-service knowledge are important.
Key Responsibilities: Lead shifts while keeping the crew supported
Coach and train team members during service
Support positive guest experiences across the venue
Maintain service, safety, and venue standards
Work alongside management to build Varsity Midland
Requirements: Hospitality experience and understanding of busy service
Ability to lead teams with good shift energy
Confidence making decisions under pressure
Availability for nights, weekends, and public holidays
RSA or willingness to obtain one
Use your hospitality experience, coaching ability, and people focus to help establish Varsity Midland as a leading venue.
