Key Responsibilities: Administer restricted-fund accounts and operating-budget expenditures
Monitor departmental spending against approved budget allocations
Apply University financial policies and regulatory requirements




Serve as first contact for general enquiries
Coordinate event logistics and resolve emerging issues
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
Four years of related financial administration experience
Experience with forecasting, reconciliation, payroll, and human resources activities
Robust SAP FIS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office 365 skills
Excellent communication, organization, judgment, and numerical skills
