As a Business & Loans Advisor, you will support entrepreneurs across rural Middlesex County through lending and advisory services. Your work includes reviewing applications, assessing financial statements and cash flow, and developing recommendations for the Loans Committee. You will also manage loans and build partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Support entrepreneurs through the complete lending process
Review applications and assess business financial information
Prepare clear recommendations for the Loans Committee
Coach business owners individually on their needs




Build relationships with community and economic development partners
Requirements: Business, finance, accounting, or related degree or diploma
Three or more years in commercial or small business lending
Background in credit analysis or business advisory services
Solid financial analysis and relationship-building capabilities
Knowledge of Middlesex County or government lending programs is an asset
