Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President and Chief Executive Officer will lead a fully accredited, integrated healthcare organization. ARH includes Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital, The Grove Long-Term Care Home, and community programs. The mandate spans strategic planning, operational excellence, workforce engagement, and system partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement ARH’s next strategic plan
Advance quality, service excellence, and financial sustainability
Lead transformational change and service improvement
Strengthen healthcare system and community partnerships




Translate strategy into measurable organizational results
Requirements: Senior leadership experience in healthcare or regulated environments
Track record of organizational leadership and strategic planning
Experience with operational excellence and financial stewardship
Robust business, financial, and relationship-building acumen
Ability to foster accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Bring visible, authentic leadership to ARH while advancing patient experience, resident experience, quality, safety, and regional healthcare delivery.
