Lead global mining growth at HDR through strategic account development, major pursuits, and multidisciplinary client relationships in Omaha, Nebraska.
As Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader, you will shape growth across priority mining markets and the mine life cycle. The work spans strategic accounts, capture planning, pipeline development, and integrated solutions. You will coordinate mining, water, environmental, power, transportation, infrastructure, industrial architecture, communications, and advisory capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Establish and execute the global mining business development strategy
Lead strategic account planning and executive client relationships
Direct capture planning for complex, high-value mining pursuits




Coordinate integrated solutions across HDR business groups and geographies
Coach client managers, technical leaders, and pursuit teams
Requirements: Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, business, or related field
Experience winning high-value multidisciplinary mining assignments
Robust financial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to travel and engage with others in-person
Bring mining-sector relationships, sales expertise, and growth leadership to HDR’s global practice and strategic client portfolio.
