Collect recycled textiles and small household items as an Independent Contractor supporting National Diabetes Trust and Diabetes Canada. Work independently with flexible weekday part-time hours.

This contractor assignment covers approximately 10 donation bin locations throughout Vaughan, with potential future expansion. You will service bins daily, transport collected goods when required, and meet Diabetes Canada drivers for truck loading.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect textiles and household items from assigned donation bins
- Service approximately 10 Vaughan locations daily
- Keep bins accessible, clean, and secure for donors
- Store collected goods when required
- Meet Diabetes Canada drivers for truck loading

Requirements:

- Own or operate a large vehicle for route servicing
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Meet Canadian work eligibility requirements
- Have or obtain an HST number
