Olympic Construction Limited is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team!
This is a primarily field-based position , working directly with our Project Managers and Site Superintendents on active construction projects throughout St. John's and surrounding areas .
Key Responsibilities Assist with daily construction coordination, planning, and scheduling.
Support Site Superintendents with field operations and subcontractor coordination.
Coordinate shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
Assist with construction surveying, layout, and quality control.
Monitor construction progress, track quantities, and support cost reporting.
Coordinate material deliveries, procurement, and site logistics.
Support project safety and quality management procedures.
Qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline; or
Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or a related field.




Robust organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Experience with construction surveying, layout, and total stations is an asset.
Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software is an asset.
Previous construction experience is preferred, but motivated recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
