As District Manager, Northeast and Station Manager, Canada, you will shape the Airfreight operating model across JFK, EWR, BOS, PHL, and YYZ. The position combines P&L; ownership, commercial development, regulatory compliance, and station execution. You will work with Area, Regional, Commercial, Key Client Management, Technology, and Business Process Excellence teams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead district and Canada station fiscal and operational performance
Execute Air strategy through station priorities and performance indicators
Oversee service quality, productivity, safety, and regulatory compliance




Build the Northeast Airfreight network across strategic airport destinations
Develop leadership capability through talent and succession planning
Requirements: Extensive Airfreight product knowledge and operational leadership experience
Financial and commercial acumen involving P&L;, budgets, and profitability
Strategic thinking with analytical and project management capabilities
Customer relationships spanning carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Leadership and communication skills across functions and geographies
Use Airfreight leadership, financial acumen, and customer focus to guide Maersk’s Northeast district and Canadian station operations.
