Shape Affim’s future as a Senior Product Manager leading innovation portfolios remotely across eligible Canadian provinces with executive partnership.
This Group Product Manager role sits within ZT1 Labs, a senior team working directly with the CEO on significant new bets. You will connect customer insights, market trends, and company strategy to identify opportunities for zero-to-one innovation. You will coordinate engineering, design, data, risk, operations, revenue, legal, and compliance partners without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities: Understand users, merchants, partners, and relevant market shifts
Define opportunity areas with the CEO and senior leaders
Translate strategy into focused innovation portfolio roadmaps
Lead cross-functional groups through complex, ambiguous work




Establish repeatable product patterns and execution standards
Requirements: Eight to ten-plus years managing products with meaningful outcomes
Experience leading cross-functional work without direct authority
Strong communication across senior stakeholders with differing priorities
High judgment in incomplete or conflicting information
Founder or early-stage startup experience is a plus
Use strategic judgment, customer understanding, and cross-functional influence to build Affim’s next scalable financial products.
