Licensed Practical Nurses provide resident care through assessments, wound care, and emergency response during evening shifts. Full-time and part time schedules are available.
This position seeks two LPNs with empathy, patience, and a caring approach. You will assess residents, follow protocols, document findings, and support patients and the team. Work ethic, integrity, and competence guide successful employment.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and report medical or behavioral changes
Complete admissions, MAR, TAR, POS, charts, and orders
Manage discharges, notifications, documentation, and transportation
Provide protocol-based wound care and dressing changes
Lead CNAs and CMTs according to facility policies
Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse licensure
Genuine empathy and patience for residents
Caring approach toward patients and team members
Work ethic, integrity, and competence
Ability to respond effectively during emergencies
