Requirements: Significant senior executive experience in wine or beverage alcohol
Deep knowledge of Canadian wine markets, channels, and regulations
Accountability for P&L;, budgets, strategy, and operations
Experience leading multidisciplinary senior management teams
Board, ownership group, or comparable governance experience
