This Associate, Talent Acquisition role supports high-volume hiring across Pension Member Services and Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services. You will also assist Technology, Finance, and Campus Recruitment initiatives. The team values strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates.
Key Responsibilities: Create job postings, source candidates, and conduct screenings
Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and candidate communications
Develop sourcing strategies through referrals and attraction channels




Support job fairs and hiring events as needed
Provide hiring insights from market and recruitment data
Requirements: Two or more years in talent acquisition or corporate HR
Strong candidate assessment and recruitment practice knowledge
Ability to support high-volume hiring initiatives
Effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Independent, resourceful approach with excellent judgment
Use recruitment expertise, stakeholder partnership, and sourcing strategies to strengthen hiring outcomes for OMERS and Oxford.
