As Head of AI Transformation, you will own the AI strategy across development, services, and reseller businesses. Key Responsibilities: Build the AI transformation roadmap across business units
Write business cases and define initiative success metrics

Requirements: 10+ years in software, engineering, or technology leadership
3+ years leading AI, automation, or digital transformation
Built agents, RAG pipelines, or integrations reaching real users
Architecture depth for build-or-buy decisions
