This Offshore Sourcing Specialist position manages suppliers and sourcing activities primarily in China. You will evaluate manufacturers, request quotations, review samples, negotiate commercial terms, and place purchase orders. The position also connects product specifications, testing, compliance, shipping, customs, and receiving across internal and international partners.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate factories for toys, games, collectibles, and merchandise
Review quotations, samples, costs, and production schedules
Coordinate specifications, packaging, labelling, and product approvals




Track supplier performance and corrective-action follow-up
Research manufacturing and market trends for sourcing opportunities
Requirements: Retail or consumer-products experience is an asset
Experience managing samples and production timelines
Familiarity with testing, audits, and product compliance
Strong Excel, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills
Transparent cross-cultural communication across time zones
