As a Medical Laboratory Technologist in Core Labs, you will follow departmental and divisional policies while delivering accurate procedures. Your work supports patient and family-driven care, teaching, learning, research, and innovation. Computer proficiency, communication, and problem-solving are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities: Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately
Follow departmental and divisional laboratory policies
Maintain laboratory equipment preventively
Recognize problems and take appropriate action
Support patient and family-driven care
Requirements: Current CMLTO registration in Transfusion Medicine
Current CMLTO registration in Hematology, Biochemistry, and Histology
CSMLS certification or registration
Core Laboratory experience is an asset
French and English bilingualism is an asset
