As Vice President, Technology Operations, you will report to the SVP, Technology & Innovation and CTO. Lead approximately 32 people across a technology-forward investment organization. Shape BCI’s future-state platform through cloud-native capabilities, AI-enabled services, automation, and service management.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee cloud and infrastructure services and systems
Lead digital workplace services and systems
Direct Service Desk and service management
Oversee disaster recovery capabilities
Advise the CTO on strategic technology priorities
Requirements: Experience leading large technology teams
Technical credibility and strategic vision
Curiosity about modern infrastructure possibilities
Ability to challenge established thinking
Experience leading change in secure environments
