This early-career RF Specialist supports RAN optimization across Ericsson’s network domains. You will build experience in network analysis, auditing, design, troubleshooting, and pre-sales support. Mentorship and cross-functional project work support technical growth and customer-focused service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Support 4G, 5G, CBRS, and small-cell launches
Assist C-band SSV drive testing and auditing
Monitor KPIs and troubleshoot RF deployment issues
Support radio and baseband swap issue resolution
Contribute to on-time, on-budget project delivery
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
Up to five years of relevant experience, including internships
Foundational understanding of 4G and 5G technologies
Familiarity with Python and Power BI, or willingness to learn
Developing understanding of RF KPIs and optimization
Build practical expertise in RF KPIs, RAN performance, and network troubleshooting with Ericsson’s experienced technical teams.
