As Prevention Advisor at Unica Insurance, you will assess exposures across commercial properties and auto fleets. You will inspect fire protection systems, common and special hazards, and controls in place. Your findings will support underwriting through clear recommendations, opinions of risk, and narrative reports.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct commercial property and liability risk surveys
Identify hazards, exposures, and existing controls
Inspect fire protection equipment and systems
Measure rooms and structures while touring properties
Develop or participate in risk mitigation presentations
Requirements: At least three years of property risk control experience
Basic education in commercial or residential safety inspections
Ability to interpret building codes and related standards
Robust analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
