FirstService Residential Canada is seeking a Building Operator to ensure safe and effective operation of all building systems, reporting to the Community Manager. The role supports preventative maintenance across electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and general equipment, with a focus on safety and tenant comfort.
The position requires 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, power engineering certification preferred, and a valid driver’s license.
