Key Responsibilities: Develop proactive strategies to attract independent mortgage agents
Build candidate pipelines through job boards and referrals
Screen, interview, follow up, and assess prospective agents
Nurture relationships with potential agents throughout recruitment
Maintain recruitment records and provide process feedback
Requirements: Four to five years of recruiting experience
Robust written and oral communication skills
Effective organization, prioritization, and time management
Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn quickly
Mandarin, Russian, or Ukrainian proficiency is an asset
