Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Financial Services Representatives
Coach employees through regular observational feedback
Assist team members with goal setting
Conduct performance reviews for all team members
Monitor targets, goals, and budgets
Requirements: Direct customer service experience
Formal or informal leadership exposure
Experience resolving member complaints or system errors
Experience with branch operations and retail compliance
