Lead GitLab customer architectures with Terraform and Ansible in a remote, asynchronous environment focused on DevOps and DevSecOps delivery.
As a Professional Services Technical Architect, you will direct engagements from discovery through implementation and handoff. You will create technical designs, deploy GitLab across cloud and on-premises environments, and guide migrations using Congregate. The work supports customer requirements, security, scalability, and Statement of Work alignment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead technical delivery from scoping through implementation and handoff
Design GitLab reference architectures and implementation plans
Deploy GitLab using Terraform, Ansible, and GET
Lead source code management and CI/CD migrations
Coordinate customers, partners, and Qualified Services teams
Requirements: Experience delivering at least two consulting services
Hands-on cloud and on-premises infrastructure experience
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and migration tooling
Strong customer-facing written and verbal communication
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
Apply technical architecture, GitLab deployment, and DevSecOps consulting expertise to complex customer engagements across environments.
