As Manager, Compensation Advisory, you will manage partner relationships and customized solutions within TD’s Global Total Rewards Group. You will advise business leaders and HR, Finance, and Governance & Control partners on complex requests, projects, market competitiveness, and compensation strategy. This role requires explicit communication, critical thinking, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day relationships with business and HR partners
Lead complex compensation offers and advisory activities
Monitor competitive market trends and salary survey participation
Prepare compensation analysis, forecasts, summaries,



and policy guidance
Manage year-end compensation for assigned portfolios
Requirements: Strong consulting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Experience modeling, reviewing, analyzing, and presenting data
Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint working knowledge
Project management skills across multiple stakeholders and priorities
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
