This senior HR qualified manages grievances, investigations, collective agreement interpretation, and union-management relations. You will work with hourly employees, union representatives, plant leadership, and corporate HR. The position also supports engagement, attendance, recruitment, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities: Manage labour relations, grievances, and workplace investigations
Interpret collective agreements and support union-management relations
Guide management on employee relations and HR policies




Coordinate WSIB claims and return-to-work processes
Support hourly recruitment, onboarding, and training
Requirements: Five-plus years of senior HR experience in manufacturing
Essential experience in unionized manufacturing environments
Strong collective bargaining and grievance management knowledge
Ability to work effectively with union representatives
CHRL designation is an asset
Use senior HR expertise, collective agreement knowledge, and union partnership skills to lead labour relations in manufacturing.
