As an Events Executive – MedSpa, you will support conferences, trade shows, webinars, partner events, and regional activities. You will coordinate logistics, vendors, campaign deliverables, content, lead capture, and reporting. Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, design, and content teams supports Phorest’s North American presence.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver medspa conferences, webinars, and partner events
Coordinate materials, shipping, scheduling, vendors, setup, and execution
Support campaigns across email, social media, advertising, and events
Create content, newsletters, customer stories, and promotional materials




Track leads, engagement, conversions, budgets, and campaign performance
Requirements: One to three years in events, marketing, or related fields
Experience supporting events, campaigns, logistics, vendors, or partners
Solid organizational, project management, and communication skills
Understanding of email, social media, advertising, and SEO
Willingness to travel across North America for industry activities
Support Phorest’s medspa growth through event coordination, digital marketing, partnerships, content, and accurate lead management.
