As a Senior Recruiter, you will support Mercury’s small executive recruiting team across Director to C-suite searches. Your focus spans Engineering, Product, Design, and Data leadership. You will advise hiring managers, engage senior candidates, and build relationships before roles open. Mercury builds banking and financial software for startups and growing businesses.
Key Responsibilities: Run full-cycle Director and VP leadership searches
Build market maps and targeted candidate lists
Advise hiring managers using market data
Represent Mercury with senior candidates
Build executive talent networks and host events
Requirements: Five or more years of in-house full-cycle recruiting
Experience running Director-plus searches
Trusted advisor experience with senior hiring managers
Transparent, precise writing and communication skills
Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
