As a Senior Property Manager, you will manage an assigned commercial portfolio spanning operations, finances, tenants, owners, and vendors. The position includes budgets, reporting, expenditures, inspections, service contracts, tenant improvements, and capital projects. You will also supervise team members and support ESG and PropTech initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned commercial portfolio operations and key relationships
Prepare annual budgets and monitor operating budgets
Oversee expenditures, recoveries, reconciliations, and accounts receivable




Manage monthly reporting for accuracy and deadlines
Implement ESG programs and oversee capital projects
Requirements: Valid British Columbia rental property management licence
Five or more years in a similar capacity
Previous experience managing a team
Commercial real estate experience, preferably Class A buildings
Yardi Voyager and advanced Microsoft Office skills
