As a Registered Practical Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will deliver family-centered care in a home setting. Follow an individualized care plan while collaborating with the client, family, and healthcare team. Help support a safe transition from hospital to home.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver skilled nursing care to a pediatric client
Administer medications and provide G-tube feeding care
Monitor and document condition, treatment response, and health changes
Assist mobility, transfers, and positioning with prescribed equipment
Maintain accurate clinical documentation under Bayshore policies
Requirements: Graduate from an accredited or recognized School of Nursing
Current RPN or LPN registration in good standing
Valid CPR certification
Experience with pediatric nursing care is a robust asset
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
